We want to send a massive thank you to our amazing parents, students and tutors for all their efforts and feedback on the Skype lessons.
We have been continuing to look at the feedback daily and considering all the pros/cons of the current set up.
In addition, our management team has been exploring a number of more robust solutions, that offer a better all-round experience for both student and tutor.
With all these factors considered we have decided to transition, this week, to a new platform called, ZOOM (www.zoom.us). Students will continue to start their lessons by going through the school's website as they have done for their Skype Lessons.
In multiple test lessons, this platform has excelled in delivering a more stable connection, better audio, super fast sharing capabilities and an excellent immersive lesson experience for all parties concerned.
To use this platform we would ask all students to download the Zoom app to their device. You DO NOT need to sign up for an account, but it must be downloaded for the lessons to work. You can download the software to your laptop/desktop or as an app from:
> Windows/Mac download from www.zoom.us/download > iPhone’s and iPad download from the App Store. > Android users can download from GooglePlay.
