Peter O'Neil to Retire from Teaching after 30yrs!

Well it had been a bit of a well kept secret until recently that I had decided to retire from teaching. It has been without doubt the best job I have ever had ! To see young people develop as musicians and achieve everything they set out to do is amazing. Along the way I have taught young students right through the grades and become BSM tutors themselves , succession plan if ever there was one. Tonight a played a final two songs with my current crop of students the first song I taught everyone , songbird by oasis and the last song I ever taught ,Now and Then , by my boys from Liverpool. It’s been an absolute pleasure to have taught all the students I have taught , who knows how many hundreds over the 25 years I will still be involved in my beloved BSM. Just a bit more in the background. Thank you one and all
